Smart Talk Cafe is a youth-led association that focuses on empowering the African young population for sustainable development through training, capacity building, and the formulation of projects and programs that help in building the skills and compettency of youth. We also focus on advocacy and reserch on organized crime in Africa. This is to equip them so they can be able to form solutions to their economic, enviromental and communal challanges.

Africa for Sustainable development Fellowship

Africa for Sustainable Development Fellowship Program seeks to equip 30 youth and women in Africa per year. It aims to develop the skills of young people in entreprenurship, sustainable community projects, design thinking, circular economy and startup development.

Supporting circular economy projects that focus on improving health, waste management, housing and energy in developing cities

Counter Human trafficking Research

The research will look into the policy gaps especially when it comes awareness and its implementation in Rwanda. The Key is to understand the prevalence estimation in regards to those affected thus the survivors, their families and secondary duty berries. We will also look into the connection between the implementation of the existing policies and the service provision in Rwanda.

Counter HumanTrafficking project Highlight

Political correctness and impact of group politics.

Is political correctness an enemy of free speech, open debate, and the free exchange of ideas? Or, by confronting head-on the dominant power relationships and social norms that exclude marginalized groups are we creating a more equitable and just society? For some the argument is clear. Political correctness is stifling the free and open debate that fuels our democracy. It is also needlessly dividing one group from another and promoting social conflict. Others insist that creating public spaces and norms that give voice to previously marginalized groups broadens the scope of free speech. The drive towards inclusion over exclusion is essential to creating healthy, diverse societies in an era of rapid social change.
