Andati Morris Shapwala is a consultant on Sustainable Development, circular economy and organized crime whose primary focus has been working with youths and ensuring that they learn the skills necessary to be self-sufficient and produce community solutions. He is the CEO and founder of Smart Talk Café, where he has worked with young individuals to transform Africa, particularly in the areas of circular economy, climate action, policy, and organized crime.
He is a consultant in Rwanda who focuses on combating labor and sex trafficking in the East African region through research and advocacy. Andati's seven years as a trainer, consultant, and community developer have provided him with a lot of expertise regarding research and development in Africa. He is also a Mental Health professional with training in counseling psychology from the University of Nairobi. He is one of the major architects and coordinators of the Africa for Sustainable Development Fellowship which helps young Africans in developing key strategic solutions and develop circular business systems.
